I’m new to Forex, just started a demo account with a forex broker. I open a position by clicking the tab “open trade”, but there are some more options nearby like “market order”, “create order”. I don’t know what the use of these market order or create or order. Someone please help me with this.
Answer please if you have had positive experience with the broker or know someone who has. I’m looking for a easy to use user interface, however I also want good research tools, etc. So if I need to go more advanced I will. I don’t necessarily want an (easy-to-use) trading platform. I want one that will give me useful of research options and ways to set up trades. Thank you so much !!

eToro has the worse platform ever. Their casino-like platform includes an option of forcing you to put a stop loss to your trade.
While, it’s always good to set a SL you should also know that SL must not be fixed but must be relative to the market conditions for example using the ATR indidicator as most successful traders do. Otherwise, the SL will do the same job as if you didnt have put a SL. And this is exactly this “trick” eToro uses to be sure you won’t be profitable especially if you’re a new trader.
All brokers leave this function free to each trader but not eToro which however is a new company. There should be a reason to this and you should know it.
It’s idiot to trade without a SL as it’s also very idiot to leave your broker do it for you. Actually, who makes money when you lose? Your broker…I have personnally left this broker until they remove this unbiaised feature which is not for now as it’s their bread and butter! Don’t let you blind with their shiny trading platform as you will lose faster as you would have never think of…

I would like to trade the USD/CLP Pair but I am unable to find a software that offers it. Right now I use GFT’s Dealbook 360 and Metatrader 4 but neither offers that option. Is there a way to add a custom currency pair to either of those platforms?
